Hunt County Crime Stoppers and Greenville Independent School District (GISD) have forged a new partnership aimed at enhancing safety and security within the school district. Through the collaboration, an anonymous tip platform has been established to facilitate the reporting of potential criminal activities. Individuals providing valid information may be eligible for monetary rewards.
The partnership operates under the guidance of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and state financial support ensures the initiative can realize its full potential. This backing allows both Hunt County Crime Stoppers and GISD to expand their efforts in fostering a secure and vigilant community.
The primary goal of this collaboration is to encourage the reporting of valuable information that can contribute to the prevention and resolution of crimes. By implementing this system, Greenville ISD underscores its commitment to maintaining a safe learning environment for students and staff alike.
If you have knowledge of a crime and want to make an anonymous tip, please visit www.huntcountycrimestoppers.net or call the tip hotline at 903-457-2929.
