Ryan Tyler Manuel, a Sulphur Springs resident originally from Aledo, was arrested on October 26, 2023 by Hopkins County Sheriff Deputies on two warrants issued by Arlington Police Department for Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child.
The warrants allege that Manuel sexually abused a child under the age of 14 multiple times over an unspecified period. He was booked into the Hopkins County Jail with a bond set at $200,000.
In the past, Manuel served as a worship leader at Restoration Community Church.
