Greenville Police Department Offers Free Self-Defense Classes for Women and Girls

The Greenville Police Department is inviting women and girls aged 13 and older to join their upcoming Rape Aggression Defense (RAD) class in November. This free self-defense course aims to empower participants with safety strategies and defense options.

The class will be conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays throughout the month of November, specifically on November 14, 16, 28, and 30. Each session will run from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The Police Department encourages participants to commit to attending all four sessions if they decide to sign up.

This initiative is part of the Greenville Police Department's ongoing efforts to promote safety and personal security within the community. It provides women and girls with valuable skills to help protect themselves in challenging situations.

Please contact Eric Camp at ecamp@ci.greenville.tx.us if you would like to attend.
