The Rockwall Police Department is organizing a Substance Abuse Forum on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at the Gene Burton College and Career Academy located at 2301 John King Blvd, Rockwall, TX. The event will take place from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
The forum aims to provide valuable information to parents and teenagers regarding the current substance abuse climate. Representatives from the Medical Community, Law Enforcement, and Treatment/Recovery sectors will be present as panelists. Additionally, the event will feature the parents of a 15-year-old boy from Central Texas who tragically lost his life due to Fentanyl poisoning.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with the panelists by submitting questions electronically during the event. The interactive session will address various related topics based on the audience's queries.
The Substance Abuse Forum does not require attendees to RSVP.
