United Way of Hunt County will race rubber ducks around the Jet Stream at Splash Kingdom Waterpark at the Great Duck Derby on May 21, 2022. The first three ducks to cross the finish will win a cash prize. There will be plenty of opportunities at other prize winning. You don't need to be present to win.
"At United Way of Hunt County, we help our friends and neighbors in need. We invest directly into Hunt County communities and residents through programs and partnerships. This year, $67,000 was awarded to our nonprofit agency partners. Our goal for 2023, is to increase that amount to $100,000, and we believe, with the success of the Great Duck Derby we can make that happen."
The Great Duck Derby is happening before the official opening of Splash Kingdom so will have an opportunity to check out the park.
