A Greenville man was killed early Sunday morning in a two-vehicle crash in Hunt County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
At approximately 12:50 a.m. on March 15, 2026, DPS Highway Patrol troopers responded to a crash at the intersection of State Highway 66 and FM 1570, located in southwest Greenville, TX.
Preliminary investigation indicates a Harley-Davidson motorcycle was traveling eastbound on SH-66 when the driver veered into the westbound lane and collided with a Chevrolet Tahoe SUV.
The motorcycle driver, identified as 46-year-old Jason Bellotte of Greenville, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The driver and a passenger in the SUV were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety.
