Four Arrested After SWAT, Narcotics Raid at Sulphur Springs Home

SULPHUR SPRINGS, Texas - A narcotics investigation in Sulphur Springs led to four arrests Thursday evening after authorities executed a search warrant at a residence on Nicholson Street.

On February 12, 2026, the Sulphur Springs/Hopkins County Joint SWAT Team, working alongside local narcotics investigators, served a search warrant at 216 Nicholson as part of an investigation into suspected drug distribution at the property.

Two individuals inside the residence were taken into custody without incident. Jaylon Jauqon Dugan was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana. Brandon Rene Frazier was charged with Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Authorities said two additional individuals were arrested on lesser charges after arriving at the residence during the operation to purchase narcotics.

The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office thanked Hunt County Narcotics Investigators and the Sulphur Springs/Hopkins County Joint SWAT Team for their assistance in the operation.

The investigation remains ongoing.
