The Sulphur Springs Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect captured on Ring camera video. The footage, described as low quality, has made it difficult to determine the suspect's identity.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Detective Joe Scott at 903-885-7602. Police are hoping community tips will aid in the investigation.
