Narcotics Search Warrant Leads to Arrests and Seizure of Methamphetamine in Hunt County

In a successful operation conducted on June 29, 2023, the Hunt County Sheriff's Office executed a narcotics search warrant in the 10000 block of Wood Hollow Circle, Wills Point, Texas. The operation resulted in the apprehension of two individuals who were found to have outstanding warrants and are now facing additional charges.

During the execution of the search warrant, law enforcement officials discovered and confiscated a significant quantity of methamphetamine, along with drug paraphernalia commonly used for the weighing and distribution of narcotics. The seizure of these illicit substances represents a substantial blow to the local drug trade.

Sheriff Jones, speaking on behalf of the Hunt County Sheriff's Office, expressed concern over the impact that these criminal activities have on the community. He stated, "These neighborhoods are filled with good people, and they should not have to tolerate the presence of individuals engaging in criminal conduct. We will not tolerate it. The actions of these criminals not only affect adults but also endanger the lives of our children. Let it be clear that if you are involved in criminal activities, you will be targeted next!"

The Hunt County Sheriff's Office acknowledged the exceptional work of its Narcotics Unit, extending their gratitude for a job well done. The dedicated efforts of these law enforcement professionals have once again demonstrated their commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of the community.
