On Tuesday, September 17th, Hopkins County Deputies executed an arrest warrant for a Sulphur Springs man on indecency charges.
49-year-old Ascanio Muñoz-Ramirez was taken into custody at his residence on CR 3349. He was booked into the county jail on two counts of Indecency with a Child by Exposure and one count of Indecency by Sexual Contact. Muñoz-Ramirez's total bonds amount to $175,000.
