On August 1, 2024, detectives with the Greenville Police Department initiated an investigation into the sale of ‘crack’ cocaine at Parkwood Apartments, located at 4320 Wesley Street.
The investigation led to the execution of search warrants at two apartments within the complex, with assistance from the Hunt County Sheriff's Office. During the operation, officers seized ‘crack’ cocaine, marijuana, and a firearm. One male was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana, both in a drug-free zone. The male also had an outstanding warrant from the Dallas Police Department for murder.
