Over the weekend, Franklin County Deputies arrested a woman wanted out of Hopkins County. Kristy Dawn Ellis, 50, had a warrant for her arrest for Felony DWI. Ellis had previously been arrested in Hopkins County on May 13th.
Following her arrest, the Franklin County Sheriff's Office notified the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office. Ellis was transported to the Hopkins County jail, where she was booked. Due to having more than three DWI offenses, her bond was set at $500,000.
