The Sulphur Springs Police Special Crimes Unit has concluded an investigation into illegal prostitution at the Asian Massage Parlor situated at 1606 S. Broadway. Following an undercover operation, conducted by one of their officers, Huiwen Zhang was arrested on Saturday, June 8th. Zhang was subsequently taken into custody and charged with Prostitution.
