Paris Police Officers were called to the 3900 block of Bonham St. on Monday, June 3rd, to address a disturbance. Upon arrival, they found a male, identified as Garrett Adam Smith, 24, and a female, Morissa Dawn Davis, 28, engaged in a physical altercation. Smith was seen dragging Davis towards a vehicle. Upon investigation, officers discovered that Smith was in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine, while Davis had marijuana in her possession.
Both Smith and Davis were subsequently arrested for possession of the illegal substances. Further investigation revealed their involvement in selling methamphetamine. Consequently, they were charged with Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Additionally, Davis faces a charge of Possession of Marijuana.
