Greenville Police Department to Post Weekly List of Individuals with Outstanding City Warrants

The Greenville Police Department has announced a new initiative aimed at resolving outstanding warrants within the city. Beginning this Wednesday and continuing weekly, the department will post a list of individuals with outstanding city warrants.

The Municipal Court of Greenville is taking proactive steps to address these outstanding warrants and is urging individuals to take immediate action to settle their accounts. Residents are encouraged to pay their warrants in full to promptly close their cases, or they can contact the court to arrange a payment plan. Additionally, individuals with information about someone else's outstanding warrants are encouraged to come forward to assist in resolving those cases.

The following individuals are listed in this week's warrants:

  1. Steven Madison Walker, 71, charged with Discharge Firearm City Limits, with a balance of $2,131.
  2. Kristin Lee Poe, 57, charged with Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility, with a balance of $1,150.50.
  3. Kenneth Lee Flowers, 63, charged with Possession Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle and Driving with License Suspended/Invalid, with a balance of $934.70.
  4. Joseph Anthony Luna, 41, charged with Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility, 2nd Offense, with a balance of $920.50.
  5. Gregory Don Olvera, 20, charged with Driving with License Suspended/Invalid, with a balance of $917.80.
  6. Ahmad Rahman Khalid, Jr., 31, charged with Driving with License Suspended/Invalid, with a balance of $904.80.
  7. Kieandra D. Williams-Rawlins, 32, charged with Fail to Appear/Bail Jumping-Class C, with a balance of $899.30.
  8. Jay Richard Baca, 42, charged with Theft less than $100.00, with a balance of $898.30.
  9. Victoria Lyn Smith, 30, charged with Driving with License Suspended/Invalid and Possession Open Container of Alcohol in Vehicle, with a balance of $839.80.

It's important to note that all suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty. If individuals did not receive a citation for these charges, they are advised to contact the Hunt County Court.
