Technical Issues Prompt Sulphur Springs to Issue Temporary Phone Numbers

Residents of Sulphur Springs are facing difficulties with their local land lines, prompting city officials to take action. In response to the ongoing technical problems, the city has released temporary phone numbers to ensure locals can still reach essential services.

Four temporary phone numbers have been made available for key city offices. These include the main business office, the police non-emergency line, the permits and zoning office, and the municipal court. Additionally, the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office is assisting the city police department by accepting calls.

While these temporary measures are in place, emergency 911 lines remain fully operational as usual, ensuring residents can access immediate assistance when needed.

Further information can be found on the Sulphur Springs Police Department Facebook Page or on the city’s website, sulphurspringstx.org.
