Greenville Police Department released their activity report for March 2024. In total, there were 938 traffic stops conducted by the department. Among these, there were 56 collisions without injury, and 32 collisions resulting in injury. Additionally, there were 26 reported hit-and-run incidents. The department made a total of 90 arrests during the month.
The GPD received 3,191 calls for service throughout March. Within the reported incidents, there were 6 burglaries and 5 vehicle burglaries. Furthermore, there were 36 reported thefts, and 68 cases of criminal trespass. The department also responded to 16 assault cases and 15 incidents related to family violence during the month.
