On Tuesday, March 19, 2024, the Irving Police Department carried out an arrest warrant for 31-year-old Tianna Marie Smith from Quinlan.
Smith was sought by the Van Zandt County Sheriff's Office for drug possession. Additionally, she had an outstanding warrant for possession of controlled substances issued by the Willacy County Sheriff's Office in Raymondville, Texas. Her bond for the Van Zandt County warrant was fixed at $75,000, and she will be extradited to face those charges first. No bond has been set for the Willacy County warrant.
Smith's initial arrest traces back to December 2020 when Grand Saline Police Officers apprehended her for drug possession.
