On March 12, 2024, officers were called to an address on League Street in response to reports of a disturbance involving a weapon. Upon arrival, officers witnessed a woman, later identified as Valerie Love Tolmosoff, and another man engaged in a heated argument in public. Concerned for public safety, officers intervened and confiscated firearms from both individuals.
Following an investigation, it was determined that Morales and the male subject, identified as Joell Stone Morales, were causing a breach of the peace. Both individuals were taken into custody and transported to the Hopkins County Jail in a marked patrol unit.
At the jail, Morales and Tolmosoff were booked for disorderly conduct.
