On February 26, 2024, Hunt County Sheriff Deputies arrested 51-year-old Randall Wayne Foster of Greenville on an outstanding warrant issued by the 196th District Court. The warrant stemmed from an incident on May 2, 2023, where Foster was charged with assaulting a Greenville Police Officer. Foster was initially released on a Personal Recognizance Bond but failed to appear for his court dates.
Simultaneously, Greenville Police Officers detained 26-year-old Courtney Nicole Lund, also of Greenville, on February 26th. Lund faced charges of assaulting a public servant during her arrest on February 21st. Her bond was set at $35,000. Previously, on February 21, 2024, officers responded to a disturbance call involving Lund, resulting in her initial arrest for assaulting a family member. Lund was released on February 22nd but now faces the additional charge of assaulting a public servant.
