Greenville Police Officers, in collaboration with the Rockwall County Sheriff's Office, executed a warrant arrest on Sunday, February 18, 2024. The subject of the arrest was identified as Layton Susanna Ramsay, a 24-year-old resident of Heath, Texas. The warrant stemmed from charges of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) and parole violation issued by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
During the arrest, Ramsay reportedly refused to cooperate with the arresting officers and attempted to provide false identification. Consequently, she has been charged with failing to identify herself as a fugitive with the intent to give false information.
Ramsay has a prior conviction on charges of burglary of habitation in Rockwall. She will be extradited to Rockwall County.
