On February 14, 2024, Hunt County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the 5500 block of County Road 2550 in Quinlan regarding an assault.
Upon arrival, deputies spoke with the victim who reported an altercation with 41-year-old Eric Lance Patton of Quinlan. The victim alleged that Patton had slapped her across the face during an argument.
Patton was arrested for Assault by Contact Family Violence and taken into custody. He was later booked into the Hunt County Jail.
