On February 15, 2024, a Hunt County Sheriff’s Deputy conducted a routine traffic stop on a motorcycle at County Road 3602 and Countess Road due to expired registration. The driver, identified as Brandon Cole Struble of Terrell, was approached by the deputy. Upon running a check, it was discovered that Struble had an outstanding warrant in Hunt County for Fail to Maintain Financial Responsibility. Consequently, Struble was detained.
During the detainment, law enforcement officials found a small baggie containing a crystal substance suspected to be methamphetamine, along with a glass pipe and a firearm in Struble’s possession. As a result, Struble was arrested not only for the existing warrant but also for additional charges including Possession of a Controlled Substance PG1, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Unlicensed Carrying of a Firearm.
Following the arrest, Brandon Struble was booked into the Hunt County Jail, with bond set at $5,000.
