The Conversation Project event, focusing on discussions about end-of-life care preferences, is set to take place on February 17th, 2024, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Hosted in the Fellowship Hall at First United Methodist Church (301 Church St, Sulphur Springs, TX 75482), the event is a collaborative effort between the Hospice Foundation of America and Penn State University Medical Center.

Residents are encouraged to participate in this important conversation, which will be led by Pastor C. J. Duffey and Reverend Peter McNabb. The event aims to provide a platform for the community to express and understand their wishes regarding end-of-life care.

Refreshments and a light lunch will be provided to attendees.

The event is open to individuals over 18 years of age, but seating is limited.

To secure a seat or for additional information, interested individuals are encouraged to contact Nancy Rooks at 903-366-1616.
