On January 25, 2024, Hunt County Sheriff Deputies arrested 62-year-old Terrance Lee Kelsey of Caddo Mills following a child abuse investigation at the 5200 block of County Road 2736 in Caddo Mills.
Described as a 6'3", 250 lbs, white male, Kelsey faces charges of aggravated sexual assault of a child filed by the 354th District Court in Hunt County.
As of now, no bond has been set in connection with the case.
