On Saturday, January 20, 2024, the Tawakoni Volunteer Fire Department (TVFD) faced a challenging day marked by a prolonged 7-hour structure fire. The incident required the collective efforts of various fire departments, showcasing the spirit of unity and cooperation within the emergency response community.
The TVFD expressed gratitude for the hard work and dedication exhibited by their team and extended a heartfelt thank you to the additional crews that lent their support.
