On January 5, 2024, Titus County Sheriff's Deputies apprehended 33-year-old Heather Ann Lisenby of Sulphur Springs, on the basis of a Hopkins County warrant for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle (stolen vehicle) and Dallas County warrants for Evading Arrest and Felony DWI, 3rd or more.
The law enforcement officials assigned a bond totaling $190,000, and Lisenby is currently held in the Titus County Jail.
