In a recent decision, the Hopkins County Commissioners Court has appointed Sulphur Springs attorney John Ginn as the new County Court At Law Judge.
Ginn will take over the position from Clay Harrison, who is stepping down to resume private practice.
A distinguished legal professional, Ginn is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and has previously served as a director of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. With a notable career, he has been recognized as a Super Lawyer in Texas Monthly magazine for an impressive 18 consecutive years.
The swearing-in ceremony for John Ginn is scheduled for January 3.
