In a successful operation, Sulphur Springs Police Officers apprehended two wanted felons from Tulsa, Oklahoma on December 12, 2023.
Reynaldo Deshaun Williams, 36 years old, faces charges of unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. Williams had outstanding warrants from Tulsa County related to trafficking illegal drugs, distribution of controlled substances, and acquiring proceeds from drug activity. At the time of his arrest, he was residing in Sulphur Springs.
Carmen Lynn Williams, 41 years old (formerly known as Carmen Lynn Carter), was also taken into custody for open warrants from Tulsa County. She is charged with trafficking in illegal drugs, distribution of controlled substances, unlawful possession of controlled drugs with intent to distribute, and unlawful use of video surveillance equipment in the commission of a felony. Carmen Williams was found residing in Mount Vernon.
Both suspects are currently in custody.
