Five Arrested in Commerce for Organized Retail Theft

On December 11, 2023, Commerce Police Officers apprehended five individuals involved in organized retail theft. The suspects have been identified as Shakirea Lashae Given of Tyler, Jatoya Latrice Reed, and Khameron Elijah Nixon, both residents of Commerce.

Given, Reed, and Nixon are facing charges of organized retail theft, with the alleged value of the stolen items ranging between $100 and $750. Additionally, Torianna Renae Spellman and Clifton Izayah Sanders, also residents of Commerce, were charged with theft in connection to property valued at $100 or less but not exceeding $750.
