The City of Quinlan announces that on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, beginning at 3pm, contractors will initiate system improvements to the water infrastructure. The affected areas include a section of East Main Street, the entirety of South Picadilly Street, and a significant portion of East Richmond Avenue.
Residents in these areas are advised that these improvements will result in a temporary water outage.
The City appreciates the understanding and patience of residents during this period and assures them that efforts will be made to restore water services as swiftly as possible.
