On March 17, 2023, Dallas Police arrested 34-year-old Kaylen Cottongame and charged her with Improper Relationship between Educator and Student.
On March 9, 2023, the Dallas Police Department’s Child Exploitation Unit received information that an employee with Dallas Independent School District was involved in a sexual relationship with a former DISD student.
Cottongame was taken to the Dallas County Jail.
