The incident occurred at approximately 9:30 p.m. local time when deputies were dispatched to the scene of the assault. According to preliminary reports, Gunter Burns allegedly engaged in an aggravated assault on a family member, wielding a firearm during the altercation. The deputies, led by Sgt.
