A 35-year-old man accused of pointing a firearm at two people and threatening to shoot them was arrested Tuesday after a multi-agency search and vehicle pursuit that ended in a crash in Fort Worth, authorities said.
Deputies with the Grayson County Sheriff’s Office responded around 9 a.m. February 10, 2026, to the 200 block of FM 1753 near Denison, Texas, for a reported aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Investigators said the suspect, identified as Anthony Bradshaw, allegedly pointed a gun at two individuals and threatened to shoot them.
Bradshaw left the scene before deputies arrived. Authorities later learned he had reportedly expressed an intent to return and engage in a shootout with law enforcement, prompting what officials described as a credible threat to public safety.
An arrest warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon was obtained, and a coordinated multi-agency search was launched. Bradshaw was later located in the Fort Worth area.
Troopers with the Texas Department of Public Safety attempted to take him into custody, leading to a vehicle pursuit. The chase ended when the suspect vehicle crashed. Bradshaw was taken into custody without further incident.
He is currently being held in the Tarrant County Jail on local charges and the outstanding Grayson County warrant.
The Grayson County Sheriff’s Office thanked the Texas Department of Public Safety, Dallas Police Department and assisting agencies for their response. Authorities noted that all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
