Two people have been arrested following a months-long missing person investigation that began in Greenville earlier this year, according to the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office.
In June 2025, the Greenville Police Department received a missing person report originating within the city limits of Greenville, Texas. The case was later referred to the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office for continued investigation.
After several months of joint investigative work by the Hunt County Sheriff’s Office, the Greenville Police Department, and the Texas Rangers, authorities identified two suspects connected to the case.
Cassie Len Sith, 30, was arrested and booked into the Hunt County Jail on a charge of tampering or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair a human corpse.
Samuel Rafael Rios, 30, has been charged with capital murder.
Officials say the investigation remains active and ongoing, and additional details have not yet been released.
