Livingston, TX – On November 5, 2025, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division, in coordination with the Texas Department of Public Safety Criminal Investigations Division, executed a continued investigation into illegal narcotics activity at 140 Pine Valley Road in Livingston.
This follow-up comes after a September 30 operation at the same residence, which resulted in the arrest of 12 individuals for possession of a controlled substance.
During surveillance on November 5, deputies observed a silver SUV leaving the home. The vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation, and the occupants, Lonnie Crew Jr. and Nicholas McDaniel, both of Livingston, were found with approximately half an ounce of methamphetamine and baggies commonly used for distribution. Both men were arrested and charged with manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, a first-degree felony.
At the Polk County Jail, McDaniel was found concealing an additional 5 grams of methamphetamine and a meth pipe, resulting in further charges for possession of a controlled substance and prohibited substance in a correctional facility.
A subsequent search warrant of the residence, issued by Justice of the Peace Jamie Richardson, uncovered 25 grams of methamphetamine in the possession of homeowner James Frazier and less than one gram with occupant Autumn Hebert. Both were charged with possession of a controlled substance, with penalties reflecting the amounts found.
Frazier had previously been warned following the September arrests that continued narcotics activity could lead to asset forfeiture proceedings. Sheriff Byron Lyons confirmed that detectives will now file an Affidavit of Seizure and Intended Forfeiture to remove the residence from criminal use.
Sheriff Lyons and Chief Deputy Andy Lowrie emphasized their ongoing commitment to eradicating illegal drug activity in Polk County and safeguarding the Pine Valley neighborhood.
