HENDERSON COUNTY, Texas – Tiffany Nicole Williams was sentenced this week in the 392nd District Court to 15 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for four felony offenses: Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Evading Arrest or Detention in a Motor Vehicle. The case was prosecuted by Assistant District Attorney Jessica Bargmann.
On November 13, 2024, at 10:16 p.m., Henderson County Sheriff’s Deputy Draven Matich responded to a complaint about Williams being outside a caller’s home. Deputies found her in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle. When approached, Williams accelerated away, leading deputies on a short pursuit before returning to the original location. She exited the vehicle and approached the house while yelling. Deputies recovered two bags containing 7.06 grams of drugs that she had thrown from the vehicle.
While out on bond, on February 27, 2025, investigators served arrest warrants at Williams’ residence. She was arrested in her bedroom, where over four grams of methamphetamine and a large amount of cash were found next to her Texas Department of Criminal Justice Offender card.
Williams’ criminal history includes convictions for Possession of Marijuana, Theft, Resisting Arrest, Evading Arrest, Possession of a Controlled Substance, and Bail Jumping. She previously had probations for felony drug possession in 1998 and 2018 revoked after violations.
