On Monday, July 28, 2025, Sulphur Springs police executed a search warrant at an apartment on Park Springs Road. During the search, officers located drug paraphernalia, digital scales, and clear plastic baggies commonly used for packaging narcotics.
Authorities also discovered two large baggies with a combined weight of 112 pounds. The contents tested positive for a controlled substance.
As a result, 56-year-old Wende Cheree Gibbs was arrested and charged with Manufacture and/or Delivery of more than 4 but less than 200 grams of a Controlled Substance.
