On Friday, November 8, Paris Police arrested 34-year-old Caressa Desiray Dawson in the 100 block of Pine Bluff after officers recognized her and confirmed outstanding criminal charges. Dawson was taken into custody without incident and charged with Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and a Motion to Revoke Probation.
The charges stem from an incident on June 11, when Dawson allegedly stole a vehicle from the Salvation Army parking lot. Police later located the stolen vehicle in her apartment parking lot. The case remains under investigation.
