Tragedy struck the Glen Knoll Mobile Home Park on May 29th, as a 5-year-old child lost his life in a motor vehicle crash. Wylie Police and Wylie Fire Rescue swiftly responded to the scene at approximately 6:31 pm following reports of a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.
Upon arrival, emergency responders discovered that young Jaden Ramos, riding his bicycle, had been hit by a vehicle. Despite immediate medical attention and transportation to Medical City Dallas by Wylie EMS, Jaden succumbed to his injuries.
The Wylie Police Department’s Accident Investigation Team promptly launched an inquiry into the incident. The driver involved in the crash remained at the scene and is cooperating with authorities.
