A shooting incident rattled the tranquility of a ballpark in Linden, Texas, on Monday, May 13, 2024. Fortunately, no injuries were reported, but a vehicle suffered damage during the ordeal.

An investigation into the shooting is currently underway, jointly conducted by the Cass County Sheriff's Office, the Hughes Springs Police Department, and the Linden Police Department. Law enforcement agencies have identified 37-year-old Cardarow Dean Hill from Hughes Springs as the suspect in question. A warrant for the felony charge of Deadly Conduct has been sought and obtained.
Hill is believed to be driving a blue Chevy Tahoe and is considered armed and dangerous. Citizens are urged to exercise caution and to immediately report any information regarding his whereabouts to local law enforcement.
