HUNT COUNTY, Texas — Emergency crews responded Wednesday night to a single-vehicle rollover crash in southern Hunt County that left one person with minor injuries.
South Hunt County Fire Rescue Squad 120 responded to the crash on the evening of June 24 and quickly assessed the scene upon arrival.
Firefighters evaluated the vehicle's occupant, who suffered only minor injuries. Officials said the individual is expected to be OK.
The cause of the rollover was not released.
Following the incident, South Hunt County Fire Rescue reminded motorists to always wear seat belts, remain alert while driving, and reduce speed, particularly on unfamiliar or wet roadways.
The department also thanked its volunteers and assisting agencies for their quick response, noting the incident ended with a positive outcome.
