LONGVIEW, Texas — An employee has died after suffering severe burn injuries at an industrial facility in Longview on Monday morning.
The Longview Fire Department responded around 10:27 a.m. on March 30, 2026, to Trinity Industries, located at 708 Jordan Valley Road, following reports of an employee who had been burned.
When crews arrived, they located the victim with severe burn injuries and requested additional resources to assist.
The employee was transported to a local hospital with life-threatening injuries but later succumbed to those injuries.
The Longview Fire Marshal’s Office is investigating the incident, with assistance from the Longview Fire Department’s Special Operations Units and the Longview Police Department.
Officials said no additional details are available at this time.
