At approximately 2:53 p.m. on November 9, 2025, Sherman Police officers were dispatched to the 700 block of South Dewey Avenue for a hit-and-run accident involving a juvenile pedestrian. The victim sustained a serious but non-life-threatening injury and was transported by EMS to a local hospital for treatment.
