HEATH, TX – On September 28, 2025, a burglary was reported in the Tennis Village area of Buffalo Creek. Heath Police Detectives are actively investigating the incident and will provide updates as new information becomes available.
Authorities are urging residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately. Residents are reminded to ensure alarm systems are functioning properly, consider adding glass break sensors, update and monitor security cameras, photograph valuable items, and record serial numbers for safekeeping. Those planning to be out of town are encouraged to sign up for vacation watch.
Mayor and City Council officials emphasized that public safety remains the city’s top priority. The city has increased funding for technology upgrades, including additional license plate reader cameras, and approved three new Public Safety Officers in the upcoming fiscal year.
