JACKSONVILLE, Texas—A joint investigation between the Jacksonville Police Department and the Lancaster County Sheriff's Office in Nebraska has led to the arrest of a Jacksonville resident on charges related to the exploitation of children.
On September 25, at approximately 11:19 a.m., Jacksonville Police officers arrived at a residence at 902 Forest Trail to execute a search and arrest warrant. Officers took James Bruce Gragg, 68, into custody without incident at 11:22 a.m.
Gragg is currently being held on charges of Possession of Child Pornography and Distribution of Harmful Material to a Minor.
The Jacksonville Police Department stated that it fully expects additional charges to follow as the investigation develops, affirming its commitment to pursuing those who exploit children. Due to the ongoing nature of the case, no further details have been released.
