TITUS COUNTY, Texas — A narcotics investigation by the Titus County Sheriff’s Office ended Wednesday night with the arrest of a local man on multiple felony charges.
Deputies, along with the Sheriff’s Office Emergency Response Team and DPS Troopers, served a search warrant in the 400 block of Farm Road 71 around 9:30 p.m. on September 24.
The operation led to the arrest of Stephen Allen Wisinger, who was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group 1 (more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams), a second-degree felony, and Tampering with Evidence, a third-degree felony.
Wisinger was also booked on two outstanding warrants for Possession of a Controlled Substance, both second-degree felonies, as well as two misdemeanor traffic warrants.
