The Polk County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a late-night drive-by shooting that occurred Sunday, September 7, 2025, in the Indian Hills subdivision off FM 2457.
Deputies responded after a homeowner reported that an unknown vehicle drove by and fired multiple rounds at the residence, striking the home. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.
Detectives quickly identified two suspects: 18-year-old Abraham Saenz and 18-year-old Ivan Rangel, both of Livingston. They were arrested and charged with Deadly Conduct Discharge of a Firearm (Felony 3). Both remain in custody at the Polk County Jail, with additional charges pending as the investigation continues.
