Two Arrested in Henderson County Narcotics Search Warrants

HENDERSON COUNTY, TX – Henderson County investigators executed two narcotics search warrants overnight, resulting in the arrests of two individuals on drug charges.

On Wednesday, September 3, 2025, at approximately 10:20 p.m., Narcotics Investigators Jonathan Barrios and Jude Bonner, along with K-9 Deputies Jonathan Daille and Edwin Rodriguez, executed a narcotics search warrant at the Athens Townhome Apartments in the 200 block of Wood Street. The warrant was issued by 392nd Judicial District Judge Scott McKee.

During the search, investigators discovered Nicholas Bartlett Durham in possession of suspected methamphetamine. Durham was taken into custody and transported to the Henderson County Jail, where he was booked on a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance.

Later, at approximately 2:00 a.m. on September 4, the same team of investigators and K-9 deputies executed a second narcotics search warrant at a residence in the 22000 block of Brierwood Drive in Frankston. That warrant was also issued by Judge McKee.

During the operation, Holly Rene Brown was found in possession of a large quantity of suspected methamphetamine, along with tools used in drug distribution. She was arrested and transported to the Henderson County Jail, where she was booked on a charge of Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance.

Both cases remain under investigation by Henderson County authorities.
