On June 7, 2023, at approximately 10:30 am, members of the Garland Narcotics Unit and the Dallas DEA Task Force served multiple warrants related to the sale of illegal narcotics at the Bee Hippy Hemp store located at 701 Main Street.
Amongst the warrants was an arrest warrant for the owner, 41-year-old Christopher Charles Fagan, who is charged with Delivery of Marijuana under 5lbs., and for the store manager, 55-year-old David Lee Dranguet, who is charged with Delivery of under 4 grams and two counts of Delivery of Marijuana under 5lbs.
During the service of these warrants, officers seized approximately 50 lbs of pre-packaged items including edible THC.
